Hi....I am looking for AppGameKit games on Itch.

The sound effects and the background music of this game are so nice!

Moreover, I can see the potential of the game. If you continue to develop the game, the game will be more popular.

By the way, AppGameKit looks quite excellent!

Hi, thanks :) AGK is great, and has it’s uses. Nevertheless, I find it quite lacking as a game engine. My biggest issue is with the language itself, AGK Basic. It’s just too primitive. As a professional developer I found it very hard to work with, it fights you at every step of the way, lacking so many features.

If you want to make a really small game, or get started into programming, then AGK is great. For anything else, AGK gets outscaled easily.

Thanks for your clear explanation! Your opinions are very helpful to a lot of new AGK users.

Many BASIC dialects can be used to develop games. Perhaps AGK is the most popular BASIC dialect in the modern world!

good fun, gosukiwi :)

Glad you enjoyed it :D

There is a really impressive level of polish here. That you have the keys listed ingame is a nice touch. The music and graphics remind me of old console gaming, so there is a nostalgia factor there, too. Very cool!

Thanks! Glad you like it! I was aiming for that feel so it’s good to know I got the gist of it :D
